We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Best Buy. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of mobile sales advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and inspire your team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture that fosters growth and development.
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and health and safety protocols.
  • Manage store KPIs, including revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership role, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel to various store locations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail, or a related field an asset.
