We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Best Buy. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of mobile sales advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and inspire your team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture that fosters growth and development.
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and health and safety standards.
  • Manage store KPIs, including revenue, profit, and loss.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience leading a retail team of at least 20 associates.
  • 2+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to create an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment.
