Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Services Coordinator to join our team at the Kabir Family Foundation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing various social services programs within the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and program activities.
  • Supervise and support support staff in the delivery of social services.
  • Develop and implement life skills workshops and training programs for clients.
  • Assess client needs and eligibility for specific services and develop individualized plans to meet those needs.
  • Conduct social research and gather data to inform program development and evaluation.
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage program statistics and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs.
  • Screen, recruit, and train volunteers and support staff to enhance program delivery.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in social services or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high level of flexibility and adaptability.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
