Store Supervisor Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Cheers Downtown. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
Supervise and manage a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals and providing excellent customer service.
Hiring and TrainingRecruit, hire, and train new staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Financial ManagementAuthorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.
Merchandise ManagementOrder and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and ensure that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
Sales and Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Store OperationsOversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
LanguageEnglish
