Store Supervisor Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Your Dollar Store. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Scheduling and Workforce Management: Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels, and supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates.
- Cash Handling and Sales: Manage cash handling procedures, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, and ensure that all store equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
