Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Your Dollar Store. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our store is running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, ensuring that all employees are working together to achieve store goals.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, and ensure that all employees are aware of and following them.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
