We are seeking a Health & Benefits, Principal Consultant – SME Facility Portfolio Solution Manager to lead strategic consulting engagements with small to medium-sized employers regarding their group insurance benefits plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to refine dedicated solutions for small to medium-sized clients.
  • Participate in delivering impactful solutions for organizations of any size and varied industries, leveraging expertise in group insurance and benefits planning.
  • Provide expert advice and strategic support for project management, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Delegate and oversee the work of junior team members, fostering a culture of mentorship and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or human resources.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in group insurance, with a strong understanding of employee benefit plans and current healthcare issues.
  • Superior analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor junior staff.
  • Bilingual in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Track record of delivering high-quality results in a customer-facing role, with multiple client deliverables.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex health and benefit concepts to clients and stakeholders.
