Job Title: VP, TechnologyJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced VP, Technology to lead our talent management strategy and drive a holistic approach to accountability, performance management, and employee retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our people matters are led and managed with integrity, fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement a strategic plan for talent management, considering input from the leadership team and key market needs.
- Foster a sense of inclusion and community within the organization, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Orchestrate the employee engagement survey process across markets, aligning engagement plans globally.
- Develop and implement processes for goal setting and performance management, ensuring a global culture of high achievement.
- Ensure robust succession plans are in place for key management roles, maintaining a strong global talent pipeline.
- Raise Climatetechlist's profile as a well-recognized employer in the market, enhancing our employee brand.
- Design and deliver learning tools to support our agile culture and ways of working.
- 15+ years of progressive Talent Management experience with a minimum of 5 years leadership and supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with senior leadership on company-wide strategy.
- Proven track record of designing and leading cross-functional business transformation initiatives.
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation, regulations, and human resource management principles.
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
