As a Technical Designer, you will play a crucial role in the development of our next BioShock game, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure uniformity of approach and innovative gameplay experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contribute to the creation and maintenance of pipelines and tool suites
* Develop and standardize methodologies in support of level design, world creation, and bespoke gameplay encounters
* Act as the main point of contact for multiple Editor features and bridge communication across different teams and departments
* Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure adherence to budget and technical constraints
* Develop and maintain technical design and features documentation
* Evangelize and enforce best practices and guidelines of the work in the engine
* Prototype game content to help define and clarify desired tool needs

Requirements:

* Strong proficiency with Unreal Engine, including Blueprint scripting
* 2+ years of experience as a Technical Designer in AAA game development
* Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues for a game production
* Exceptional communication, documentation, and organization skills
* Positive attitude, curious to learn, a problem solver, and a team player
