Job Title: Technical Solutions Designer

Location: Hybrid in Montreal

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Designer to play a key role in designing, modifying, and testing technical architectures that align with our business objectives. At emergiTEL, we are looking for someone with Microsoft Technologies (.Net, Azure) expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding development teams, assessing current systems, and proposing innovative technical solutions to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, modify, and test technical architectures to ensure system efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Research emerging technologies and recommend changes to enhance technical solutions and improve system performance.
  • Communicate technical challenges and solutions to various stakeholders, including development teams and business leaders.
  • Assess the business impact of technical decisions and provide timely updates on product development, costs, and budget.
  • Build and integrate information systems to meet organizational needs and improve business processes.
  • Evaluate existing system architectures and work with technical teams to recommend improvements and optimize system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system availability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Solutions Designer or in a similar role.
  • Project management experience is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of coding languages and system architectures.
  • Knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
