  • Maintain and own systems and features during production, ensuring they meet the required standards and quality.
  • Ensure a high-quality release by bug fixing, reviewing scripts, performance optimization, and creating a fun gameplay experience.
  • Collaborate with the design team to establish best practices and promote an inclusive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a Technical Designer or Designer within the games industry, with experience in technical design processes, content creation, engines, tools, and pipelines.
  • Experience of the full cycle of AAA game development, including visual scripting languages and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to receive and share constructive criticism.
