Senior Maintenance Engineering Risk Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineering Risk Specialist to join our esteemed organization. This role requires the candidate to be open to relocating to a key operational hub.
Company BackgroundOur company is a leader in the exploration, production, transportation, and marketing of crude oil and natural gas. We operate across various segments, including:
- Upstream: Focused on the exploration and production of crude oil and natural gas.
- Downstream: Involved in refining, logistics, and the marketing of petroleum and petrochemical products.
- Corporate: Provides essential support services such as human resources, finance, and IT.
The successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary technical support team dedicated to delivering high-quality assistance to our global manufacturing facilities. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the technology roadmap and deployment initiatives to enhance technology value and efficiency.
- Analyzing maintenance expenditures related to manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Evaluating planning and scheduling effectiveness, including key performance indicators and predictive maintenance.
- Ensuring the completion of maintenance tasks and mentoring junior engineers.
- Conducting comprehensive data analysis to benchmark performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Preparing reports on maintenance process effectiveness and developing sustainable improvement plans.
- Collaborating on procurement strategies for materials and services based on annual demand forecasts.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in refining or petrochemical environments.
- Proven expertise in maintenance programs and risk-based processes.
- Strong hands-on experience in maintenance planning, budgeting, and control methods.
