About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Team Global Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Delegation
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to office support staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
    • Establish clear work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Administrative Support
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services and supplies.
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Training and Development
    • Train staff on new procedures and policies to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
    • Work Term: Permanent
    • Work Language: English
    • Hours: 35 hours per week
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
