About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Transportation Engineering Manager to lead our team of professionals in the design and construction of large-scale transportation projects. As a Technical Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, leading a team of engineers and scientists, and creating innovative solutions to complex transportation challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results.
  • Lead a team of engineers, scientists, and planners, providing guidance and oversight to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex transportation challenges, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
  • 15 years of experience in transportation engineering, technical advisory, or related field.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects, leading teams, and delivering results.
  • Strong technical expertise in transportation engineering, including road design, transit systems, and infrastructure management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification.
