About the Role

The SEED Centre Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and management of the SEED program at the ITREB Centre. This includes:

  • Maintaining positive relationships with families, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with the ITREB Pre-Primary/BUI Program to ensure seamless integration and delivery of the SEED program.
  • Working with the ECD Member and Regional Master Trainers to develop and implement the SEED centre and training schedules.
  • Communicating effectively with families and volunteers regarding program schedules and activities.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality program services and maintaining standardized regional procedures.
  • Managing program logistics, including registration, fees, and supply management.
  • Ensuring the SEED space is treated with reverence and respect during program activities.
