About the Role

As a Learning Disabilities Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients with learning disabilities and autism. You will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring our clients receive the best possible support to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to clients with learning disabilities and autism
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the clinical team
  • Work closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
