We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and motivated individual to oversee all aspects of terminal operations, including staff scheduling, vehicle dispatch, maintenance coordination, and regulatory compliance. Previous experience in trucking and logistics is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and oversee all terminal operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  2. Plan, implement, and supervise staff to achieve operational goals.
  3. Implement changes to transportation services and policies as needed.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety rules, administrative procedures, and government regulations.
  5. Collaborate with staff and managers to establish and implement goals and objectives.
  6. Foster a positive and respectful work environment.
  7. Monitor equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
  8. Other duties as required.

Requirements

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Previous experience as a terminal manager or in a related field.
  3. Ability to coach and direct employees.
  4. Strong decision-making skills and adherence to company policies.
  5. Proficiency in Excel, Windows, and Outlook.
  6. Organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
