With a strong background in social or health sciences and progressive leadership experience, you will be responsible for leading, supervising, and coordinating the operations of one or more support services. Your expertise in legislation and theories related to the developmental sector will ensure that our services are person-centered and directed by the individual.

Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction and support to employees delivering support services
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the operations of one or more support services
- Ensure high-quality services that are person-centered and directed by the individual
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in social or health sciences
- 5+ years progressive leadership experience in developmental services or a related sector
- Knowledge and understanding of legislation and theories related to the developmental sector
- Basic to intermediate computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and documentation software
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- NVCPI Certification
- Valid "G" class license and reliable vehicle
- Be willing to provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada
