Key Responsibilities- Staff Performance Monitoring: Oversee and evaluate the performance of restaurant staff, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve productivity and quality of service.
- Service Offerings and Operations: Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Cost Management: Analyze and manage costs associated with products and services, ensuring optimal profitability.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
