We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at FOODLUCK INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to boost profitability.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure accurate forecasting and control of expenses.
- Operational Excellence
- Supervise and train staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food preparation.
- Implement efficient systems and processes to streamline daily operations and improve productivity.
- Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Marketing and Sales
- Participate in marketing planning and implementation to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals and manage inventory effectively.
- Human Resources
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve employee performance.
- Education
- Post-secondary education in hospitality, business, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
