About the Role

Cognizant is seeking a skilled Business Systems Expert to join our dynamic team. As a vital link between our IT department and business stakeholders, you will ensure the seamless exchange of information and the alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define business requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of banking systems and processes to identify potential gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of new systems and enhancements.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback on system functionality and usability.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for process optimization.
  • Deliver training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the banking industry.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience of banking operations and processes.
  • Proficiency in Data Analytics / Power BI / SQL.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Working Arrangements
