Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - Adobe Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc. as an Adobe Expert. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, system implementation, and Adobe marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit and document business requirements from internal and external partners for onboarding and operationalizing Adobe marketing platforms.
  • Map business processes and roles to activities, including workflow diagrams and RACI matrices.
  • Understand how the company's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Support change management for marketing platforms and user provisioning.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
  • 5+ years' experience with onboarding and operationalizing SAAS platforms.
  • 3+ years' experience with system security requirements.
  • 1+ years' experience working with Adobe Experience Platform.
  • 2+ years' experience working with customer data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Braze).
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with Adobe Marketing platforms (specifically Adobe Customer data platform & Adobe Journey Manager).
  • Experience with microapps and Microservices architecture.
  • Experience with WebServices- RESTFUL / SOAP (JSON)- OpenAPI, databases (SQL, NoSQL), Kubernetes, Google Cloud platforms and OAuth2.0.
  • Demonstrated expertise in system and platform security requirements.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred, but working experience is more important.
