Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - Mobile Banking

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Apex Systems. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for working on multiple projects related to online and mobile banking, AI projects, and other initiatives. You will collaborate with pod members, product owners, architects, dev leads, QA leads, and UX designers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on multiple projects related to online and mobile banking and AI projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Expert in use case activity diagrams and system use cases
  • Understanding and working with business rules and data movement
  • Facilitating requirement discussions with business and technical resources
  • Expert in understanding the software development lifecycle

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with previous FI experience
  • Confluence/JIRA/MS Teams/ALM
  • Expert in use case activity diagrams and transforming use cases into stories/scenarios/acceptance criteria
  • Previous mobile banking experience
  • Technical acumen
  • Previous API experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous CIBC experience
  • CBAP Certification
