About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Manager to join our team at Capital One Canada. As a Process Manager, you will play a critical role in driving process improvement initiatives across the organization, leveraging your analytical skills and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvement agendas to drive efficiencies and enhance customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new projects and initiatives, including product launches, digital features, and automation
  • Apply leadership skills to drive key priorities, such as product launches and technology changes
  • Use data-driven approaches to measure and analyze process performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational procedures, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and relevant
Requirements
  • Students who have or will be graduating in 2024 from an undergraduate degree or graduates of Masters' programs from an accredited University
  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent strategic thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and superior analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma/Process Improvement tools and methodology
  • Experience in basic coding and/or data visualization (e.g. SQL, Tableau)
