Job Summary

The Nail Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of nail technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall salon experience.
  • Financial Management: Manage the salon's budget, including inventory, supplies, and labor costs, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of products and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the salon is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or hospitality.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the beauty industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Certifications: Current certifications in nail technology and management.
