Qualifications

Work Environment

This role is set in a vibrant beauty shop, focusing on aesthetic services.

Financial Oversight

The manager will handle a budget ranging from $100,001 to $500,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for staff
  • Manage budget and inventory effectively
  • Oversee contracts related to advertising and marketing initiatives
  • Recruit, train, and manage salon personnel
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries
  • Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily operations
Team Management

Supervise a team of 5-10 individuals.
