Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of nail technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Plan and control budgets, manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, and establish policies and procedures for staff.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, and ensure that all customers receive exceptional service.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role
- Work Setting: Beauty shop or aesthetic service
- Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000
- Supervision: 5-10 people
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, excellent oral communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player
