Front Desk Hotel Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Hotel Clerk to join our team at Quality INN. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in room assignments and reservations.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Reservations and Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Customer Service: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and offer general information about points of interest in the area.
- Departure Process: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
- Permanent Full-Time Position: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- English Language: Primary language of communication.
