Job Title: Contract Administrator

About the Role
IFG - International Financial Group is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to manage and administer contracts, particularly with government entities. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, government relations, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with formal engagements and government master agreements
• Maintain close relationships with the Commercial Executive team to ensure compliancy between OST/DPA and negotiated contractual terms
• Develop and maintain a French contract catalog consisting of thousands of products and services
• Update the contract catalog timely per contract requirements working closely with internal product groups
• Monitor and provide insight into product changes and their impact on the contract catalog
• Maintain excellent relationships with customer and partner counterparts managing contracts and cloud operations

Requirements
• Bilingual French
• 12 years of experience working with governments or in a related field
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to question information and validate assumptions
• Master level experience with Excel, including Vlookups, Xlookups, and pivot tables
• Experience with government contracts and cloud computing highly preferred
• Familiarity with database management a plus
