About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JAG 'N SUGAR RESTAURANTS INC. as part of our restaurant operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless restaurant operations.

Inventory Management and Requisitioning

Requisition food and kitchen supplies in a timely manner, maintaining optimal inventory levels to support culinary operations.

Staff Supervision and Training

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Quality Control and Customer Service

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
