Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2760635 ONTARIO INC.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus, recipes, and food preparation procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
