Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

JAG 'N SUGAR RESTAURANTS INC. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise Staff: Train and supervise our food service staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and preparing high-quality food.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets the highest standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
