Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at St. Louis Bar & Grill. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring excellent time management and organizational skills. You will be standing for extended periods, working under pressure, and maintaining a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
Requirements- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Client-focused and efficient, with a strong attention to detail.
