About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1343863 BC Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless delivery of food and services to our customers.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality in food and service, adhering to our company's quality control policies and procedures.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing losses.
  • Supervision: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provide support and guidance to newcomers and refugees, helping them to integrate into our team and adapt to our work environment.
  • Support for Youths: Offer on-the-job training and mentorship to youth, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their career goals.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Provide mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities to Indigenous workers, promoting their career advancement and success.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Apply hiring policies that promote diversity and inclusion, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates.
