* Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food products
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
* Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory
* Hire and manage food service staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team
* Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
* Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations
* Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
* Willingness to train and develop skills in food service management
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and direct staff
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient operations
