Position Summary
The Sanitation Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our production facility. Reporting directly to the Sanitation Lead, this position involves ensuring that all areas are sanitized to meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough cleaning of walls, floors, doors, and equipment in both sterile and non-sterile settings.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens, washrooms, employee changing areas, and showers.
- Ensure that cleaning tools are sanitized and that employees have access to clean uniforms.
- Regularly change boot dip sanitizers and prepare appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Assist in training new staff and provide guidance on effective cleaning practices.
- Adhere to all sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with safety regulations.

Team Collaboration
As part of a dynamic and flexible team, the Sanitation Specialist may also support other departments, particularly during peak production periods.

Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Demonstrated ability to sustain high productivity levels while achieving exceptional cleanliness.
- Strong coordination skills and the ability to work in confined spaces.
- Reliable transportation is essential, along with punctuality.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and credit assessment.

Work Schedule
This position involves 10-hour shifts (7 AM to 5 PM) on a 4 days on, 4 days off rotation.
