Document Control Associate

About the Role
This position provides critical support to the Vice President of Loan Administration, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of customer information databases. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer records, reviewing and uploading credit agreements, and managing electronic and paper-based data storage systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer documents and records are accurate and up-to-date in various applications.
- Review and monitor renewal of Canadian PPSA, registration liens, and other security documents.
- Manage DMS and CMS systems, ensuring logical indexing and safeguarding of documents.
- Upload customer records, such as credit agreements and compliance submissions, in a timely manner.
- Follow instructions from the VP Loan Administration to load documents or reports in Debt Domain.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- Minimum 5 years of related corporate banking experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in DMS, CMS, and Microsoft Office
