Job Summary

Baljeet Kaur is seeking a skilled Floor Covering Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality floor coverings that meet their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered, ensuring accurate measurements and precise installation.
  • Measure, cut, and install carpeting, resilient floor coverings, and hardwood floors with precision and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and install hardwood floors, including sanding, staining, and finishing.
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings, ensuring a seamless and professional finish.
  • Estimate costs and materials, providing accurate quotes to clients.
  • Prepare floors for installations, including removing existing floor coverings and contaminants.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in floor covering installation, with a focus on hardwood and resilient flooring.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
