About the Role

Celebrity Flooring Ltd. is seeking a skilled Floor Covering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality flooring installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Measure surfaces to be covered, ensuring accurate measurements and marking of surfaces.
  • Prepare Flooring Plans and scheduling, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless installations.
  • Install Flooring materials, including carpeting, hardwood, and resilient floor coverings, adhering to industry standards and company guidelines.
  • Conduct Quality Control checks, ensuring that all installations meet our high standards.
  • Estimate Costs and Materials, providing accurate quotes to clients and managing inventory effectively.
  • Remove Existing Floor Coverings and contaminants, preparing surfaces for new installations.
  • Operate Equipment safely and efficiently, including knee kickers and other specialized tools.
Requirements
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in flooring installation, preferably with a reputable company.
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable transportation.
  • Steel-Toed Safety Boots and hard hat, as well as other necessary safety equipment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Physical Demands of the job include handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
