Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As an AR Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate payment from our customers. Your strong communication skills, analytical mind, and ability to work independently will be essential in resolving customer inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and communicate with customers who are in arrears, ensuring timely payment and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of customer accounts, including AR reports and data.
  • Collaborate with external collection agencies to secure payment from delinquent customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inbound calls and emails from customers and stakeholders regarding billing inquiries and issues.
  • Apply AR policies and procedures to ensure effective collection steps are taken at various stages of aging.
  • Work closely with branch operations staff to gather information and resolve customer issues.
  • Proactively monitor accounts for potential issues and take ownership of resolving outstanding problems.
  • Prioritize work to achieve optimal results in reducing AR to acceptable levels.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 1+ years' experience handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, resolving customer service issues via email and phone
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
