Project Manager (Contingent – 10 month contract)

About the Role: In the capacity of Project Manager at Teranet Manitoba, you will take charge of a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project scope, identifying risks, and managing deliverables while fostering effective communication with all stakeholders.

  • Oversee projects of varying scales in accordance with corporate guidelines
  • Guarantee timely and high-quality service delivery
  • Monitor and manage project scope, risks, and challenges
  • Track project milestones and provide regular status updates
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Engage with stakeholders to drive project success
  • Offer leadership and professional development opportunities for project teams
  • Evaluate project feasibility and assist in decision-making processes
  • Translate technical information for non-technical audiences
  • Foster strong relationships within the team and with business partners

About You: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership position. Familiarity with project management methodologies, ITIL, and knowledge of DevOps, Agile, RAD, and Cloud technologies are highly valued. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are crucial.
