Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a relevant administrative role or equivalent experience.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team.
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Establish and manage daily office routines.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies.
- Organize and confirm appointments.
- Oversee contract management.
- Handle telephone communications and relay messages efficiently.
- Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
- Gather and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Supervise the preparation of reports.
- Manage payroll administration tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Perform essential bookkeeping duties.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
Responsible for overseeing a team of 3-4 individuals.
Technical Proficiency- Proficient in Google Docs, Jira, MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, and Social Media platforms.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Google Drive.
- Purchasing, procurement, and contract management.
- Human resources and immigration processes.
- Reports and records management.
- Contract administration.
- Invoice processing.

- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills.
