Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates, monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
    • Prepare and submit reports, providing insights into food service operations and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role.
Working Conditions

As a Food Service Supervisor at Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, staff, and management. You will be required to work a 35-hour week, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
