Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2729034 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Estimate and Manage Inventory

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Lead and Motivate the Team

Lead and motivate the food service team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Address Customer Concerns

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and work to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service role.

Language

English.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
