About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Managers and Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for customers, employees, and yourself
  • Manage and lead a team of Managers and Crew Members to achieve business objectives
  • Participate in local events and initiatives that positively impact the community
  • Uphold our high standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Build sales and profits, which in turn build your value and career growth

About You

We are looking for a leader who can inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results. You should have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth. You should also be able to assess and problem-solve with confidence, and put people before profit.
