About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide proactive and personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Transaction Processing: Process day-to-day transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring that customers' needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture long-standing relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services that meet their needs.
  • Sales and Marketing: Contribute to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities, promoting digital and self-service banking options to customers.
  • Technology Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and banking products, sharing knowledge with customers to help them better manage their banking needs.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven customer service skills through work or community involvement, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, with the ability to promote digital and self-service banking options to customers.
  • Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Sales and Marketing: Comfortable in simple sales situations, with a strong focus on building relationships and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
