Job Title: Electrical Cable Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Cable Support Specialist to join our team at ECS Electrical Cable Supply Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers in the telecommunications industry
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical cables and network infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical cables and network infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in electrical cable installation and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of electrical cable systems and network infrastructure
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
