We are seeking a motivated and experienced Resource Scientist to join our Environmental Information Team at Tasman District Council.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical advice on river health, water quality, and aquatic ecology to internal and external stakeholders, including local iwi. Your expertise will be crucial in informing enhancement initiatives and providing key information to policy and regulatory parts of the council.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking investigations to determine the impact of activities on waterways and aquatic ecosystems
