Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Jiemeng Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, providing information and services to employees, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Provide information and services to employees, including employee assistance and counselling.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
  • Recruit and hire staff.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP degree.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources.

Work Environment:

  • Permanent position.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language.
