Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming payments in accordance with financial policies and procedures
  • Conduct account reconciliations and address any discrepancies
  • Produce financial reports that outline accounts receivable status
  • Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments and negotiate payment arrangements
  • Analyze accounts to identify delinquent accounts and suggest appropriate actions
  • Perform additional duties as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong numerical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Expertise in account reconciliation and financial services
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to execute data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Previous experience in account analysis

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday

Compensation: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
